Shauna-Kay Jones is the Founder of MotifyApps. MotifyApps works with companies and solopreneurs, to understand their business goals, and to provide the technical solutions needed to meet them. After building a technology start-up called Motify to support and motivate individuals on the Autism Spectrum, she realized that business and technology must work hand in hand to make long-lasting and impactful changes. Shauna knows what truly drives a company to use and implement technology successfully, using human center design. Ensuring that people are at the heart of the technology you design and build, will likely guarantee you are meeting and exceeding your customers' needs.

Shauna has received honors and distinctions throughout her career including the Ontario Premier Award, Publications in MacLean’s Magazine, Toronto Star and CTV News, MNP Future Leader Award, CAFCE Canada National Award and Brampton’s Top 40 under 40.In addition, Shauna is a Director at the Brampton Board of Trade.

Shauna is a graduate of the University of Waterloo and Sheridan College where she graduated in Business and Law and as Valedictorian in Software Development and Network Engineering.

With broad knowledge in leadership, social impact, and entrepreneurship, Chris-Beth is adynamic and energetic visionary that inspires business owners to view entrepreneurshipthrough the lens of culture, spirituality and wellness. Chris-Beth strongly believes inpoverty reduction, financial equality, and actively pursues her personal mission toincrease economic mobility and expand wealth.

Chris-Beth embraces the core values of faith, mental wellness, personal growth, andcommunity. Over the years, she has worked with over 3500 students and was awarded Top 40 under 40 for community development in her local city. She received a BA inInternational Development, graduating with Honors, at the University of Guelph. Chris-Beth has taken various business training development programs including beingcertified in the John Maxwell Leadership and Training Program.
